A judge sentenced Moshe Spitzer to two years for sexually abusing a boy in 2004.

Prosecutors say the abuse lasted for four years. Spitzer's lawyer argued his client has apologized for what he has done.

Spitzer took a plea bargain to receive the two-year sentence.
